“My name is Joseph, and I work with NEFOS to support rural communities across Kenya. I spend my time working alongside local families, helping them build skills that can improve their income and quality of life. One of the projects I’m most proud of is beekeeping, where we help people learn how to produce and sell honey as a reliable source of income.”

“The best part of my job is seeing people become more confident and independent. Our role is to provide the training, support and encouragement they need at the start. From there, the community takes ownership, grows the business, and creates opportunities that can benefit families for years to come.”
